1. Delivery Area

We deliver products all over Bangladesh using our trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Charges

• Inside Mymensingh/Local: 60 TK (Standard)
• Outside Mymensingh/Nationwide: 120 TK (Standard)
• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on specific products. Look for the "Free Delivery" tag on product images or descriptions.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Local Delivery: Within 24-48 hours.
• Outside City: 3 to 5 working days.

4. Receiving the Product

Please check the product in front of the delivery person. If you find any damage or mismatch, please contact us immediately before the delivery person leaves.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for most locations. However, for certain areas or high-value items, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
